Genetics are the raw material that are the starting point and can give you further insights into the horse to help you manage that environment to get the best from them.
Equinome’s genetic tests involve collecting a DNA sample from the horse, usually through a blood sample. This sample is then analyzed in our laboratory to identify specific genetic variations. Individual client results are confidential and provide a detailed genetic profile of the horse.
Equinome can accept DNA samples from almost all bloodstock regions of the world as part of our testing process. Our dedicated team have a wealth of experience in the Thoroughbred bloodstock industry and will be available to answer your questions throughout the testing process
